This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cm8ply ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). It governs all aspects of your use of the cm8ply platform, including account registration, participation in games, use of bonuses and promotions, and all financial transactions conducted through our platform. This document takes effect on 1 January 2026 and supersedes all previous versions.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the platform cm8ply, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. cm8ply does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use our platform in any capacity.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform or national exclusion programme.
• Register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. cm8ply reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is completed.

2. Member Account and Security Responsibilities

Once your account cm8ply is created, you are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your username and password. This includes:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Ensuring that no one else uses your account — each cm8ply account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only.
• Notify the cm8ply support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly the email address and phone number used for important communications.

Cm8ply shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your own account, including instances where you have shared your login credentials with another party.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Cm8ply accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian options:

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you. cm8ply strictly prohibits the use of another person's card or account to make deposits. Any deposit suspected of coming from an unauthorised source will be investigated, and the account in question may be suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawing funds from your account cm8ply subject to the following terms:

• The account must have completed full identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security purposes and in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Completed withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Cm8ply reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 in a single transaction.
• Any remaining bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

5. cm8ply Bonuses and Promotions

Cm8ply offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and rollover requirements specified for each offer. General terms that apply to all bonuses cm8ply are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified timeframe — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the bonus type. Any bonus balance that does not meet the rollover within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Cm8ply reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Misuse of the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or colluding with other members to exploit bonus terms — may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held within those accounts.

6. General Game Rules

All games available on the platform cm8ply — covering slots, table games, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and lottery — are subject to the following general rules in addition to the specific rules of each game:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once a round or event has begun.
• Cm8ply reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in situations where a proven technical error has affected the outcome of a game.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or tools designed to exploit gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — cm8ply reserves the right to void or adjust bets if an event is cancelled, suspended beyond the specified period, or if any exceptional circumstance arises that is deemed to have unfairly influenced the outcome.
• For Live Casino games — baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and others — the dealer's decisions are final, subject to video recording review in the event of a valid dispute.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Behaviour

Cm8ply members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using our platform:

• Any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or attempts to manipulate the gaming or bonus systems.
• Money laundering or the transfer of funds from illegal sources through the cm8ply platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit games unfairly, including chip dumping strategies in poker or coordinated betting in live table games.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the cm8ply platform to the public.
• Using the cm8ply platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including commercial use or third-party services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Cm8ply takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is protected in accordance with international data protection standards. 9. Account Suspension & Closure

cm8ply reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion or evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorised authorities.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder themselves or a recognised party.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, cm8ply reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an ongoing investigation. If the investigation finds no fraudulent activity, the balance will be returned via the original payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

Cm8ply is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gaming. Our platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — Set a maximum deposit amount for a chosen period. This limit takes effect immediately once set.
• Loss Limit — Set a maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limit — Set a time limit for each gaming session.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account if you feel you need a long-term break from gaming activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cm8ply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance, internet outages, or circumstances beyond cm8ply's control.
• Financial losses resulting from fair and legitimate game outcomes.
• Any technical failure on the user's device or internet connection that affects the gaming experience.

Cm8ply's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that member's cm8ply account at the time the claim is made.

12. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Cm8ply reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the platform cm8ply after the effective date of the amendment will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where cm8ply is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the cm8ply platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the relevant regulatory body.
